Tokapuchi Yudaikukan Scenic Cafe

Climb the hill and look at the Flower clock “Hanakku”. Tokachigaoka observatory scenic cafe is located ahead of you. Parasols and round tables are prepared, and free coffee and tea are served. On the back of the Hidaka Mountains, 1 city and 3 towns can be seen, and the splendid flowing Tokawachi River, the onsen resort, and Ecology Park are spread out before you.
